2. Digital Services – No Physical Returns

As we provide non-tangible, irrevocable services (such as strategic sessions, ad campaign work, or consulting), we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. Once a service is rendered or delivered, it cannot be returned or undone.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

4. How to Request a Refund

• Full name
• Service purchased
• Date of payment
• Reason for refund request
• Proof of payment (PayPal/Stripe receipt or transaction ID)

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• The amount will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, or card)
• Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
